Outdoor Shopping Centers and Strip Malls
The Capital District is home to many local shopping centers, strip malls and large enclosed shopping malls. Stuyvesant Plaza, Westgate Plaza, 20 Mall are examples of shopping centers with parking lots in the middle of the plaza along with the stores on the outer edges of the parking lot. They offer many different stores, including restaurants, pharmacies, post offices, book shops, clothing stores and more.
