High Water over the Cohoes Falls Due to Heavy Rains

A lot of times in this time of the year, the water over the falls is a trickle due to hot weather and low rainfall. Most of the water in the Mohawk River would be diverted into the power canal to flow through the School Street Hydroelectric Plant's turbines. But there is enough water to make electricity and provide a good flow over the falls now due to record rainfall in June and July.
