Center for Computational Innovations

The Center for Computational Innovations, a project of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is located in the Rensselaer Technology Park in North Greenbush, New York.  The center is home to an Advanced Multiprocessing Optimized System (AMOS) Supercomputer which is one of the fastest computers in the Northeast.  President Trump announced in March at one of his Coronavirus briefings that Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute would be providing its super computer capabilties to the research involving the Coronavirus and treatments for COVID-19.
